When to see us.
- No symptoms, but you want a baseline check
- Tiredness or low energy that does not improve with rest
- Weight gain, especially around the waist
- Poor sleep or loud snoring
- Feeling thirsty more often, or passing urine more often
- Frequent headaches or dizziness
- Breathlessness on stairs or with light exercise
- Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol in the family
- Stress that affects your health or sleep

What happens next
- Book a check for one or more family members.
- If you can, fast for 6 hours before your blood tests. If that is not practical, we can arrange the blood test for a better time.
- Bring a list of current medicines.
- Pay at the visit by card, EFT or cash. We email you an invoice to claim from your medical aid.

Questions and answers.
Do I need to fast before my blood tests?
If you can, fast for 6 hours before your blood tests. If that is not practical, we can arrange the blood test for a better time.
Can parents and children be seen at the same practice?
Yes. We see the whole family, with a focus on teens, young adults and athletes.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online or by phone.
How do I pay?
Pay at the visit by card, EFT or cash. We do not open accounts. We email you an invoice, which you submit to your own medical aid to claim.
